I have taken the decision to step down from the CEO role at AdaSwap and have my partner @Itaicrypto replace me. That was a hard but right decision. From the first day starting this project, I know I have done the best job at hiring the best people, building a good company structure and most importantly making sure that the end-product comes out clean. I feel that in the past few months, we drew a lot of attention and AdaSwap has been growing massively, making me the public figure behind it. As a CEO, I gained a lot of attention, attention that I wasn’t ready for, unlike most businesses I have managed in the past, a CEO on a good crypto project needs always to be present for the public image and for its announcements, news, AMAs etc. I suddenly had much less time to focus on the stuff I was doing well and felt I needed to keep up with the community, suddenly a lot of my time has gone into the community and not focusing on the vision of the company and its products. I felt very stressed doing so many tasks, and I believe that the last few weeks have come down to my breaking point. Seeing the latest criticisms just made everything that I have worked so hard for felt ‘for nothing’. I think that my place being out of the spotlight might just be what’s best for me and AdaSwap. I’ll continue doing what I’m doing well, bringing and connecting some of the best people together and structuring. @itaicrypto since the very start was energetic, excited and a people’s person, he likes to give it all and make everyone around feel a part of something great, that’s why I had no doubt that he should be on my team since when I just started recruiting everyone. Even though his English isn’t the best, he does want to take this role and seeing him handle so much in the back kind of phenomenally. I believe that it just fits. I know we have a hard road ahead but a good road ahead. Thanks for taking your precious time to read ❤️❤️❤️
